 Lately, due to WFH, I have been putting a lot of weight. Even though I walk 10 km often, cycle 30km twice a month, I still can't lose much weight.


But I have found out that Keto is quite helpful for quick weight loss. I have yet to  try, but I am quite succumbed by this Keto Diet.
